酸辣甜的韓國炸雞,大家要開動了嗎???
網路真方便,上個google查一下做法
馬上就一大堆食譜出來了!
材料很簡單,在家也能吃到道地的韓國味唷!
所需的材料
雞翅/雞翅腿 | 600g | 蕃茄醬 | 5大匙 |
蒜頭 | 3顆 | 韓式辣椒醬 | 1中匙 |
黑胡椒 | 適量 | 玉米糖漿 | 3大匙 |
鹽 | 適量 | 白醋or果醋 | 1中匙 |
太白粉 | 1大匙 | 水 | 適量 |
麵粉 | 4大匙 | 白芝麻 | 適量 |
糯米粉 | 2大匙 | 沙拉油 | 適量 |
三節翅分二節,洗過,用黑胡椒和鹽過醃15分鐘
接著加入一顆蛋,麵粉,糯米粉,太白粉
均勻的跟雞翅拌一拌
然後下油鍋炸
炸到微金黃,撈起放10分鐘
再回炸一次,讓快皮酥脆
看吧,我的雞翅顏色很讚
再來調醬
倒入沙拉油,蒜頭爆香,放入蕃茄醬,韓國辣醬,醋,玉米糖漿
最後再加入適量的水,煮的滾
大概這個樣子就可以了
然後把炸雞丟下去沾均
大概沾到醬,就可以囉!!!
最後上桌灑上一些白芝麻即可食用

韓國調味炸雞
양념통닭
{ KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN }
A aromatic deep fried chicken , coated with sweet , sour and a little bit spicy sauce , it is very simple to prepare yet a flavourful snacks for Beers. Hope you all will ENJOY it ~!
Ingredients:
(A)
chicken wings - 600g
black pepper - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
(B)
egg - 1 no
wheat flour - 4 soup spoon
glutinous rice flour - 2 soup spoon
tapioca flour - 1 soup spoon
(C)
oil - 1 tbs
tomato ketchup - 5 soup spoon
Korean chili paste - 1 tbs
corn syrup - 3 soup spoon
vinegar - 1 tbs
water - 2 soup spoon
(D)
toasted sesame seeds - to garnish
oil - for deep frying
Methods:
1. Rinse the chicken wings , cleaned and drained , marinate with black pepper and salt for 15 minutes.
2. Add n egg , wheat flour , glutinous rice flour and tapioca flour into it , mix well .
3. Deep fried in 180 'c preheated oil for 1 minute , take out and set aside for 10 minutes. Deep fried again in hot oil until golden brown , crispy and cooked.
4. In a sauce pan , heat up oil to slightly saute garlic , add in tomato ketchup , Korean chili paste , vinegar , corn syrup and lastly water and boil to combine the taste , to bring out the fragrance. Boil to your own taste.
5. Fold in deep fried chicken wings , toss to coat well , serve on plate , and garnish with toasted sesame seeds .
